Bold Products.
Real Use.
Birch Tree Studio produces opinionated products with conviction. Big, bold UI. Shared backend. Consistent voice throughout.
Connects homeschool families with independent educators for co-ops, pods, small groups and subject specialists. A connection platform, not an agency — families hire directly.
Dead-simple persistence for bold products. Store, retrieve, and update a JSON object via a REST API — no database setup, no SDK, no complexity. The backbone of the studio.
Two lists. Today and Not Today. Decide what you're actually doing and what can wait. The honest productivity app.
A lifetime dumping ground. Notes, quotes, links, half-thoughts at 2am — one box, no folders, nothing to file. The private lines get locked on your own device before they go anywhere.
A Pomodoro timer with a harvest mechanic. Each focus session grows a tomato; six tomatoes fill a jar of sauce; jars stock your pantry. Progress you can see.
Log every dog with one tap, build a streak, climb the leaderboard. Summer is the main event; the days between still count — Pumpkin Spice Season, Thanksgiving, New Year's, the Derby.
An audio recorder for iPhone. Records the audio your phone plays and saves it as a file you can name, trim, organize and export. Your recordings go only where you send them. No account, no servers, no tracking.
A commitment device for two people. Converts verbal agreements into a small ceremony that makes re-litigation socially costly.
Health tools built for the long game. Track metabolic markers — food, workouts, glucose, labs — in one plain-text journal. Understand how your genes shape the pattern. Your biology, clearly.
OPEN SOURCEA 6-qubit circuit builder powered by a Rust/Wasm state-vector engine. Place gates, watch probabilities update live, run N-shot measurements. No install, no server, no quantum hardware required.
OPEN SOURCEA tiny AI that writes sentences one letter at a time, and shows you exactly how it picks each one. Small enough that nothing is hidden. Runs in your browser — no install, no account.
