Present Company Privacy
Effective October 2, 2026
The short version: Present Company collects nothing. No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads. Game messages go only between the phones at your table, and nothing is ever sent to us.
What we collect: nothing
We collect no personal data and no usage data. No analytics, no crash reporting, no trackers, no ads. The app's App Store privacy label says the same thing: Data Not Collected.
Game messages stay at the table
To play together, the phones at one table talk to each other directly over your local network (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth), peer to peer and encrypted. They share only what the game needs: the first name you typed, whether your phone is face down, and when someone flinched. Nothing goes through a server, and nothing reaches us. That's why the app asks for Local Network permission, and it asks only when you start or join a table.
Everything else stays on your device
Your name, your personal best, your past tables, and your settings are saved inside the app's own storage on your iPhone. The app never uploads them. Delete the app and they go with it.
Purchases are handled by Apple
The Unlock Forever upgrade is an in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details or your Apple ID. The app handles no money between players: a stake is just something your table agrees to.
No third parties
There are no SDKs, advertising partners, or analytics partners in the app. We don't share or sell data; there's none to share.
This website
This page is a plain website hosted on Vercel. It runs no analytics and sets no cookies; like any web host, Vercel may keep standard server access logs. That has nothing to do with the app.
Changes and questions
If this ever changes, we'll update this page and its date. Questions? Ask on the support page.
